ECM’s Vehicle Datastream Monitoring and Recording Kit for Heavy Duty (J1939, ISO18531) and Light Duty Vehicles (OBD2/CAN cars and light duty trucks from 2008) allows the monitoring and recording of datastream information along with CAN data from ECM’s measurement modules. Data is viewed in read-time on a PC using ECM’s Configuration Software and is recorded in a .CSV (comma separated values) format that can be imported into Microsoft Excel. Datastream information is polled at 1Hz.
